This purple crocus picture is from our
garden. Pine needles cover the ground in the
winter. Soon as the ground starts to
warm the crocus start to sprout. Plant your
bulbs in the fall and they'll return each
year. Sometimes the wind comes and knocks them over. I still
think they're well worth it, though.
