Purple
penstemon picture - penstemon Shadow Mountain is a
new addition to our garden. Grows about 18 inches
high with beautiful small lavender blooms with white centers.
We got this plant thinking it would attract
hummingbirds but that hasn't happened yet. The bees
and butterflies love the penstemon though. Remove
the spent blooms to promote new blooming and don't
over water this plant.
